	Story Behind the Song This song was written the morning after a hard-won break-up. Feeling not a little jaded about romance, I swore off love for good. (Later, of course, I got over it). Junior Kimbrough's entrancing style seemed the perfect medium for my attempt to sing myself into a state in which the comforts of love were less important than the fruits of solitude.
