	Story Behind the Song The verses are written from the perspective of someone that follows trends and is realizing that it's not all there is, and the chrous is, more or less, saying to nbe true to yourself. we recorded it in bob's room on a 4 track, and everyone did their track in one take. The music was written by bob and joe over a 2 day writing period that produced "reflections" and "My time', another track off of he reflections EP. Lyrics Everyday, all i see's the fake Reflection staring back at me, how much more, can I take feelin like I have no soul, inside's a gap, inside's a hole I know it cannot get worse, must Rid myself of this curse why Must I think of myself in this way i think this will be my final last day Image is nothin when the spirit is sound When your heart is free and your mind's unbound What's outside is what's within and nobody is free from sin look yourself right in the eyes, you'll see a face, you despise how much more can you possibly take with a reflection of a fake and I see the strain is getting strong I always follow what is said, how could they ever be wrong I don't know what could be wrong with me I always do what i am told, TELL ME HOW TA BE
