A song of layered vocals and melodies about a love/hate relationship with our city and the things that happen here. A favorite of many.

    Story Behind the Song
This song was written after a frustrating week of writing crappy songs unsuccessfully. Then Annie played a lick and Binnie sang a bit and then it came together in nary an hour.

    Lyrics
Dirty sidewalks and dirty streets New York is smiling at me with her dirty teeth.
I met you at the bar and you were all alone I hardly knew who were.
Anemic trees and decripit bars, it's a shame I fell in love with your gritty subway cars.
