	Story Behind the Song 1/12/02- I came up with the bassline about X-MAS eve & decided to fart around with it- I wanted to put together a concise tune that shows my range on the instrument. About a week later I had all of the parts worked out. I recorded it over the course of a couple days ( 2 3-hour sessions) on Cakewalk. I wasn't going for technical perfection- just the overall VIBE & ATTITUDE! So most of the parts are little 1-2 measure bits that I threw on Cakewalk in a couple of takes. My main goal was to hear it all together to see how my ideas sound. I wake up almost every day with some new tune in my head- I get a total rush out of the melodies/riffs/tunes/ideas etc. that wake me up and demand to be played NOW! I feel lucky to be able to have music & guitar as a BIG part of my life!
