	Story Behind the Song Don't Forget Me started as a Followup to Blue Noise(the CD)but ended up as a tribute to the Great Blasket which is an unoccupied island off thewestern coast of Ireland which was once a community in and of itself. The hardships of life itself and the strain of even a close isolation eventually left the island abandoned. An incredible book I read recently (Hungry For Home- Cole Moreton) impressed upon me greatly the cost of a bleak isolation which seems so romantic from my perspective, but at a cost well to great to make real. So this romantic ambient piece is for the island itself to those who may remember.
