	Doesn't everybody have a dog story hidden in their past somewhere? This childhood recollection was confessed to me by Michelle Featherstone.

	Story Behind the Song I had met Michelle, a year previous to completing this tune, at a party, where I told her that I loved the sound of her voice, and that I wanted to get it on tape. Cut to a year later, when, while playing this tune, I could "hear" Michelle speaking. I didn't know what she was saying, but I knew it was time to call her and get that voice! We sat down at an outdoor cafe, where she proceeded to dictate this as you hear it. No edits! When I got it home, it matched up so well with what I had already done, it was like we had been working together on the piece from the start.
