A progressive surf rock instrumental combining the early '60s trad style guitar of Dick Stewart with modern
rhythm and lead guitar of son, Jason Stewart, along with bass licks by son, Ritch Stewart. Knights' drummer, Steve Hudgins provides the percussions. This is the title song for The Knights' new Lance CD album now available at lancerecords.com. For each CD sold, Lance Records will include a four-minute, professionally produced, VHS video of some very cool, wakeboard wipe outs, sound tracked with the title song. (Note: Unlike the compact CD production, this free audio track has not been CD mastered.) |

Story Behind the Song
Dick Stewart's sons, who have not performed and recorded with their dad since 1993, returned to New Mexico from Austin, Texas in late 2001 to collectively work with him and Knights' drummer, Steve Hudgins, on a new album that combines the early '60s trad guitar leads(66 Jazzmaster)with the licks of the modern guitar (Ibanez). This is the title song for the new project.
