A song about my small, backwards, hick infested, gangster wannabe hometown. Many of the lyrics pertain to private jokes within my hometown, such as landmarks, or famous hangouts. Pretty lame.
CD: CD N/A, mp3 format only   Label: C-Town Flipmode Squad: Self-release Charlotte, MI
Credits: Josh "Judge" Judy - lyrics, music, editing, everything; 3 friends on other versions

    Story Behind the Song
The motivation behind the song originated from boredom, and the desire for a good laugh. Moreover, it describes the despicable qualities of my backwards town. It explains how my town is overrun with wannabe gangster white hicks and trailer trash, which have nothing better to do than loiter ("pimp") at the McDonald's parking lot and shopping center. Furthermore, it discusses the money hungry old citizens who refused to pass a bond proposal needed to replace a decrepit, hazardous old school with asbestos and crumbling walls. It covers other topics that are easily discernable in the lyrics. The song was written in about twenty minutes. There was no difficulty involved in writing this song. I only had to describe what I have witnessed for the past twenty years of my existence. I have various versions, but the one I chose to upload is a solo recorded 1-3-2002 because it is the best quality of all copies I own.

    Lyrics
    Verse 1:
Go out the door, I hop in my car
Crusin' down Cochran, I didn't go far
Jacked up trucks, and Confederate flags
Nasty ass ho's and broke ass dads

    Chorus:
    That's Charlotte, it's my hometown
Scrubby ass people all around (2x)

    Verse 2:
New Junior High, just broke ground
Only took 3 years of sleeping around
Penny pinching farmers, always a frown
Whining about helping their kids education

    Chorus (2x)

    Verse 3:
    McDonald's and Plaza, big hangouts
Stupid little nads, they stand about
Listen to Eminem, and they shout out
Thinking they're cool, that I doubt

    Chorus (2x)

    Ending Verse:
Frontier Days and a Kid Magnet (many times)
