	Story Behind the Song The motivation for this song was overcoming personal and emotional difficulties. The lyrics mean not letting the troubles in one's life become paralyzing, whether by means of depression, alcohol or drug abuse; take life one day at a time and live every day to it's fullest. The song was written in my apartment in Troy,NY. It didn't take to long to write it, maybe one or two evenings, once an idea comes to life, it's easy to bring a song to completion. This particular song's drum tracks were recorded at the now defunct Roxy Studios in Albany, NY. The bass,guitars and vocals were recorded at various locations in the greater South Troy, NY area. Many at my own home studio. The song has had many changes and this is the final version. I hope it Rocks You !!! Lyrics Got a freight train runnin' through my head, Got to find a way to stop it dead.
