	Story Behind the Song This song was written in New Orleans after observing a gutterpunk walking the streets of the French Quarter. I was fed up with a lot of things at the time and tried to imagine what it must feel like to be a walking symbol of anarchy. The last verse of the song mutated with my migration to Dallas. My band used to practice in the SMU Mustang band hall. Observing the attitudes of some of the co-eds and Dallas people in general, I turned myself into that gutterpunk from New Orleans.
