When she's not working with Mariah, Whitney, Luther, Chaka, Dave Matthews, and everyone else on the planet, she's helping out her friends just being Cindy, putting down crazy large vocals. She's the best, but let's talk about the boys who did the bkrd vocals on this track. Yo, U think U know some talented folks, let me tell U about Dennis Collins, Curtis King Jr. and Darryl Tookes. Dennis? Donny Hathaway again.......the boy is "stupid", as we say on 95th St. I know Roberta Flack would say so, 'cause he's been singin' 2 her forever. Patti Austin, too. I could go on and on but I won't. He's so good he should be getting a lifetime achievement award already, or something. Never got his due, in my mind, but the boy is one of the most talented singers on this planet. Curtis King? When he's not singing on every cd U own, or touring with every artist U ever heard of, or singing on every jingle ever made, he's just playing hoops with his friends, and bustin' 'em, too, yo. Unbelievable writer, as well. I just think he's too musical for the record biz, I guess. Darryl. Also working for everyone. Scary writer, mad talent, can't say enough, yo. All 3 of these cats R more talented than anyone we all know, so we're lucky to be around them, learning and just hangin'. I guess in the music biz U can be overqualified. They came in and knocked out these vocals quick, sounding like one person, as usual, and talking about the Knicks, all at the same time. Friends 4 real, yo. That's why the music is fun.
