	Story Behind the Song When I awaken in the morning, one of the first things I like to do is grab a flute and play. This is my form of meditation, of prayer, of celebration. Feeling the breath go in and out, the notes rising and falling, allows me to reconnect with the world, and myself. Sometimes, I wander over to my office/studio/playroom, and record these meditations. That's where the song "Morning Meditation" came from, as well as several of the songs on "empty bowl," like this one.
