	A statue in memory of a rock star is removed from the center of a room because it doesn't seem to resemble him enough, causing the statue to wish it could be returned to the center of the room.

	Story Behind the Song I started out doing a song about stepping stones to a new dimension (something not normally used as a subject for a song), and step by step wound up doing a song about a statue in memory of a rock star. I worked on it bit by bit over a two-month period. Lyrics In a great big room against a stone wall Stands a stone statue Facing towards the center of the room Where it used to be Sometimes when you smile at the statue it seems to frown Sometimes when you frown at the statue it seems to smile Sometimes it seems to feel the same way as you And after you look at it for a while Sometimes you and the statue seem to go to a new feeling together They removed the statue from the center of the room And put it against the stone wall Because they didn't think the statue seemed enough Like the rock star it was supposed to be in memory of (although some people thought that it did) There are so many things in that room It's like there's energy pouring out all over the place Energy flooded towards the center of the room The center of that room is like a traffic intersection And the statue stands there wondering Where the stepping stones are That can lead it to the center of the room Where are the stepping stones To the dimension That is the center of the room? In a great big room against a stone wall Stands a stone statue Smiling as it faces towards the center of the room Where it used to be
