This is a piece of my past. I wrote this song when I was 18 and in a rock band. I still kind of like it - I also think it's pretty funny too. Just thought I would let you all in on what I was doing as a teenager (it certainly wasn't playing Beethoven Sonatas!).

    Lyrics
Up though the snow and ice,
    Quickly he steps aside,
    Deprived of health,
    The brightness it blinds him.
Quickly he learns to use cynical views
in order to look like he's justified.

    Right from the start,
    he's cast in the part,
Money and power is all that he wants,
He's representing the interests of man,
    to take all you can,
    and don't give a damn.

    The more you gain,
    The more you lose,
The more you start to think about
    what you could have used.
    Butterflies
    enter your stomach
    again.

    Walk into the crowded hall,
Brave the light, release your fear,
Ready your weapon, fight for life,
    Butterflies enter your stomach
    Again.
