This song has a laid back, highway beat to it. The hook, "I'm Still Thinkin'", gets you the first time. |

Story Behind the Song
I wrote this song on the way home from Nashville going back to Chicago. It was a time in my life when I was thinking about moving away from Chicago, in reality I was running from a broken-heart. On the way home, I decided that Chicago is home to me and that I could not move away. The song has a highway driving kind of feel.
Lyrics
Well maybe lately
I’ve been kind of lost
You reach out for a hand
to share the cost with you
I’ve been running, I’ve been driving
I’ve been thinking of what to do
Today it seems
I’ve come five hundred miles
Strange is the question that asks
is it worth while
Never answered, never right
kind of puts things in a different light
and I’m still thinking, I’m still thinking
I’m still thinking of me and you
I’m still thinking, I’m still thinking
I’m still thinking of me and you
Ask of me the questions
and I’ll tell you no lies
I still won’t know the answers,
oh why,
I’m still thinking, I’m still thinking
I’m still thinking of me and you
I’m still thinking, I’m still thinking
I’m still thinking of me and you
