This song is currently highlighted on Worldwide TV for The Beatles/Alan Aldridge and Yoko Ono segments on "Fashion Televsion" (episodes 11-P and 22-P)! "Ron Signorelli", with a Lennon-like vocal to his lyrics, also plays Bass, Drums, and all Guitars in style of The Beatles, in honor of them. John Daubert played the first track on Piano then Harpsichord (synth). "Fashion TV" Producer Howard Brull found this song here, and requested the licence. The show airs on the "E" and "Style" Networks.

    Story Behind the Song
Daubert was over Ron's home studio, (Ziggie Sounds). He started to play the piano and told Ron he had this chord progression that he just created. Signorelli turned on the tape, and recorded Daubert's piano for the song in one track, as Daubert was creating the arrangement. After listening to the track, Ron said that it sounded like a Lennon piano part, so Daubert asked him if he would put Lennon like vocals/lyrics to it, and also all the other music in Beatle style. So he did! "Fashion Television" Producer, Howard Brull, found this song by chance, and ask permission to use it for an upcomming show. It has now been licenced for three episodes, including two that have to do with The Beatles and Yoko Ono/John Lennon.
The song comes in and out throughout the entire segments. It is a huge honor for Ron, John and Buddy to have this song used to go with The Beatles/Yoko Ono/Lennon images and interview by Yoko.

    Lyrics
    "HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS"

    1st VERSE:
You dance around me like a moth to a flame
You're feeling older and your steps aren't the same
The dreams that carried you, you laid on a shelf
You look for answers, you keep blaming yourself

    CHORUS:
You had the wind like a pouring rain,
But your life's just beginning you've got plaenty to gain
Walking on water ain't as hard as it seems
You got to HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS

    2nd VERSE:
And now you're falling but you ain't got a net
Your best is over and you live with regret
But I see through you and you haven't peaked yet
Your pen ain't drying, but your pages aren't wet

    2nd CHORUS:
You were the wind and you, can be again
Because, things aren't as always what they seem
Walking on water ain't as hard as it seems
You got to HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS

    BRIDGE:
You can get old before your time
If you don't keep a younger mind
That ain't the way life oughta be

    TO INSTRUMENTAL

    2ND BRIDGE:
You can be old and turning gray
But there are still new songs to play
You still got vidal things to say

    ENDING CHORUS:
You were the wind and you can be again
but you, Got to HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS
Life doesn't always fits so tight at the seems
That ain't the way life should be
You were the sun you shine so bright through the day
You got to HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS
You're like a lion in a jungle of pain
You got to HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS
