An old man with a Yorkshire accent talks softly about Yorkshire puddings. Dreamlike music gives this piece a surreal quality. | MP3.com CD: To the Horizon's Edge - buy it!

Story Behind the Song
Throughout the eighties I had experimented several times with placing spoken word to music. Many of those recording were done with Ric Bortolotti...a friend who I have since lost contact with. The man speaking was taken from a radio show...I just love listening to Yorkshire accents. This was recorded sometime during the fall of '88 at Howat crescent on my Tascam 4 track.
