Story Behind the Song
This song deals with the phenomenom of summer love. The names haven't been changed to protect the not-so-innocent (BTW the name George in the second verse is short for Gertrude, so don't get any ideas) I sent it to Jimmy Buffet to see if he was interested in doing something with it YEARS ago, but got no response. I don't even know if he received it, with all the gate keepers it would have had to go through. Anyway, If you're out there J.B., here it is.
