	Story Behind the Song Flicker Of Light is one of those unusual songs that kept nagging at my mind until I could flesh it out in music. The song revolves around the melodic bass passage that begins the track, to which the chorus is also tied. The song was inspired by a trip through the Virginia mountains, where all that could be seen of human civilization were mere "flickers of light"... But to go even deeper than that, the song is a reminder to me that I am not getting any younger, and I need to experience what I can of the World, and make a difference before all that's left of me are "memories and a faint glimmer in the night."
