	Story Behind the Song PICA (Portland Institute for Contemporary Art) holds a crazy huge fundraising party every fall. It is a night of outlandish costumes, music and behavior, all in the dada tradition. This year, the invitations consisted of a nicely packaged CD containing an original track from a popular PDX soul group (Black Angel), and a number of remixes from local producers, including CNS Engineering. 6000 Copies were made and distributed throughout the arts community.
