Story Behind the Song
This song was recorded live in the small
chapel at the Mission La Purisima State
Historic Park in Santa Barbara County, Calif.
The guitar it was performed on is a very
rare instrument crafted by hand in Valencia,
Spain by guitar luthier Vicente Sanchis in
the early 1950's. This song is dedicated to the memory of Deborah Darrow, who was present that magical evening.
