I wrote this song in 1978 after listening to a man telling me about his problems. I had went to the NCO club in Furth to listen to a battle of the bands concert. All I said was "how are you doing?" And this one G.I. proceeded to tell me his life's story. I went home and wrote this song.
Today I find it odd that I wrote a song entitled "Happy Hour" at age 16. | MP3.com CD: Dedicated to those who will Re Copy 1 - buy it!

Story Behind the Song
Simple story: Man at the bar crying over a lost love. I wish I knew his name cause he pretty much wrote the lyrics
