	Story Behind the Song We took the Roman Myth of Charon who was the ferryman for Pluto, God of the Underworld and put it to music. In the Underworld there were two Rivers, the River of Hate(Styx)and the River of Woe(Acharon). Now to pass down the River of Woe when you died(which was the one that lead to the afterlife)you needed to buried with a token in your mouth. You then would bring that token to Charon who was the ferryman for the boat that went down the River of Woe so you could enter the afterlife. If you didn't have a token when you went to Charon you would be left to burn on the banks of the River of Hate for a hundred years.
