In a life of misery, there are too many trivial and non-trivial things that provide the fuel, which once ignited by another perpetrating human soul, or even your own, inaugurates that suffocating journey into the downward spiral that keeps spinning your life out of control and out of the ever loosening grips of sanity. Everytime I see this burning pain inside of me I don’t know where to go. How do I clear my mind.
