	Story Behind the Song Pre-Halloween 1999: I decided to write a song including all the bad luck icons I could muster from memories. Pre-Halloween 2001: I decided to "revive" the tune. Marcus and Mike added their exceptional talents throughout the course of an evening and Voila! Happy Halloween! Tommy Kennedy (and by the way, 'Superstiton' -the black cat weighs in at over 100 lbs.) Lyrics Black cat jumped from the 13th rung of a ladder on the 13th floor, broke a mirror then crossed my path...Didn't look back That black cat killed 13 chickens from the voodoo momma down the street in the house with the 13 cracks in the sidewalk on the 13th hour of the 13th day of the month -it was a Friday...the 13th.
