Became popular in the days after "Black Monday" August 09th 1971. It was sung everywhere, not least in Long Kesh Internment Camp. Sean Keenan of Derry conducted a choir of Prisoners who secretly recorded this song and it was included in an Album brought out in 1971-72 and sold for the benefit of the Civil Resistance Campaign.
