	Story Behind the Song The title for the song actually came while I was on the Golf Course and hit a perfect 8 iron inches from the hole...I turned to my friend and instead of my usual, what did I do wrong question, I said What Did I Do Right... It hit me right there it was a killer title for a hit song... I went home and wrote the first version that afternoon...after several rewrites, here is the final product. It came in #17 out of 13-thousand entries in the TNN songwriters contest Lyrics Verse I never dreamt about a girl who would hold my hand as we went walking down the street I never thouight that kind of love was for a rolling stone like me.
