Story Behind the Song
*basses used: mtd 535 fretted 5-string*
attentive folks who've heard this tune while the credits roll at the end of the "grooving for heaven" bass instructional videos will note that it has evolved a bit over the past few years! i'm really pleased with this version, and hope you enjoy it as well.
this tune, as is commonly the case with contemporary music, was recorded one-player-at-a-time, due to logistical concerns; the fact that there is tangible synergy, interplay and groove occurring is testimony to huge ears and great feel from rod, steve, scott and larry.
