    Story Behind the Song
This was my first full song ever written.
I wrote this one based on some past relasionships. It has more than one meaning but the most obvious is love. The other is the fact that you CAN'T ignore love all you can do is ACT like you don't care... stand and grin.

    Lyrics
Those beautiful eyes, that beautiful smile
I'd do anything I would walk for miles
Just to be with you just to hold your hand
I'd do anything just to be your man.
I would climb a mountain to the stars
Just to hold you in my arms.
I'd even go up to the moon
If it meant I would see you soon.

    -Chorus-
And I remember when I found you
And all the angels surrounded you.
    Some said it was wrong
    Some said it was sin
When you said that we're close
    But still just friends.
Baby in the end maybe I will win
But until then I will stand and grin.

    Where's the "good" in good-bye?
    Where's the "fair" in farewell?
So many feelings that are so hard to tell.
    I thought it was clear
What I was trying to do.
With so much to fear but so little to lose.
    You said I never called
    But what would I say?
You never said what you wanted
But I want you to stay.

    -Chorus-

As the days go by and the weeks roll on
Before I know it a year is gone.
And I never see your beautiful face
In life's swift and terrible race.
But I remember you just as well
As in the days when you rang my bells.
But did I ever ring yours?

    -Chorus-
