A funk tune with solos on one harmony which stretch "outside" the key |

Story Behind the Song
This was originally composed for a funk gig for which I needed material. The bassline was the basis of the tune, and then I needed a defining little riff to give the band and the audience a "hook" to latch onto. This was done in 2 takes, only because the first got too long.
At the mix, we put a flange on the whole mix to emulate the sound of when DJ's cut hip hop records together. Enjoy!
