Lyrics
i've painted the walls black with the strength of my convictions, and i've boarded up the windows with all the right words. so this house stands now abandoned...a
solemn and constant reminder of days when this house was filled with a light that woke even the dead, and a life full of youthful curiosity and time to kill. and when
the sun sets on this most quiet and lifeless of days, will we remember the days when these flames burned brighter than any this city has seen? when we feared we'd
scorch the skies? no. we will lie alone and die alone, lost in a sea of "could've been's" and "should've been's," dreaming of days when the neighborhood sprung to
life each day with the spirit of a juggernaut. but all the lights are out, and this home we never finished building has been condemned by the dream it could never
attain. so set the fucker ablaze, burn it to it's foundations. as it stands, it's already gone
