	Story Behind the Song Look's like I'm gonna make it was written during a rather difficult period in my life, where all odd's were stacked in opposition against everything I was involved in at the time, including many goals I desired to accomplish. Needing that special push to keep myself focused, I picked up my pen and relied on my inner strength & faith in God to reveal what was happening, as well as how I was going to get from point A, to point B. Miraculously the lyric's began to unfold, and renewed strength followed. With just 1/4 of the lyric done, I began working on the music. Within days, the writing was completly done. My next objective was to find the perfect voices to do the recording. This process took longer of course, however, once the voices were made available, the vocal tracks were laid in 2 sessions, and the studio was drenched in angelic bliss, sealed with an anointing only our Creator can provide. The end result: "Look's like I'm Gonna Make It". Lyrics I've got to make it. And as I go. There are so many odds that say, that you can't make it. No need to try so hard. And it look's that way sometime. I've got to stand up. And as I stand. There are so many odds that say, that you can't stand up. No need to try so hard. And it look's that way sometime. Unti the Lord God Almighty, into my heart soul & spirit; He reminds me, that the battle's not mine but his. And if I trust him, each and everyday; Not only can I hold on, but I can stand up. And it look's like I am going to make it. It's just, sometimes I get so tired; Everytime you look around, it's just one thing after another. And since each life must go thru seasons, I wonder when? Will mine? Ever see summer? But he reminds me, that the battle's not mine, but his. And if I trust him, each and everyday; Not only can I hold on. but I can stand up. And It look's like I am going to make it.
