Story Behind the Song
I wrote "In His Hands Pt. I & II", inspired by the old hymn; "He's got the whole world in his hands", that I'm sure everyone has heard sometime in life, growing up. It was a song I heard commonly as a child in Sunday School. One day, while in deep thought about my own life, and how it was shaping up at the time, I had many personal concerns that were simply beyond my control to resolve. Rather than to give into worry, it seemed that when the worry started, the words: "you are in the hands of God" surfaced from inside me, and remained. Sometime later, I sat down to my keyboard and workstation, where the whole song came together. The music was wild and wonderful and I knew it was a "God send" and meant to be a universal classic.
