Story Behind the Song
My best friend and I were outside of the city one night and the moon, low on the horizon and fullas full can be,
had a paraselene (halo around the moon). It was spectacular enough to inspire this song.
Lyrics
I know, I know, I know, I know
I know I fell into
She said she's from the stars
To come put hope into
The one with the most scars
But maybe she lies too
It's gonna be so so
So how'd I get this far
Halo
I'm So So
She said she's from the stars
But stars are just a lie
She lies with endless speed
And speed is gonna die
I've gone, I've gone, I've gone
I've gone into the sky
To find, to find, to find a star
A star'd burn me alive
I know, I know, I know
I shouldn't be confused
With beauty of halo
This time I'm gonna bruise
So, I am so so
So friendly to the lie
I want to much to believe
That stars fall from the sky
Halo
I'm So So
She's crowned in lunar halos
She's draped across the sky
She's crowned in lunar halos
I often wonder why
