	Story Behind the Song I actually wrote this about a woman i saw in the parking lot during the 1st Lollapalooza tour in 1992(?). I was at an extremely low state emotionally, and then I saw her. She saw me and smiled. She was beautiful,breathtaking, and totally unattainable. But I later had this dream(while sleeping)...and a song title. I guess she gave me hope. Lyrics i awoke one morning with a song in my heart but the words just seem to escape me from a dream so real to a world so grey and her name just on the edge of my mind in sleep my world would spin and this girl was in it with this beautiful dream in her eyes leaves flew 'round and 'round with a clutter of sound as she disappeared into the sky then i looked out the window and could see her face in the clouds i looked out the window and could pick her face right out of the crowd i know i'll never know and that i'll never feel that i'll never find a love as true as the one i had with you i remember the day when i felt that way with the thought of her deep in my heart as i tried to figure out what she was about and why we were so far apart she said she'd never leave her world of make-believe for anything out of my world she's so beautifully,gorgeous so gorgeously innocent the most beautiful girl in the world then i looked out the window and i could see her face in the sky i looked out the window and i wondered how she'd ever get that high but i know i'll never know and that i'll never feel that i'll never find a love as true as the one i had with you i'll never find a love as true as the one i had with you i'll never find a world that shines like yours of blue i'll never find a girl that dreams and so much comes true that i'll never find a love as true as the one i had with you
