	L. Mingus is a smooth jazz tune that features Bal, who is an outstanding MP3.com artist. Bal lives in Los Angeles and writes music for HBO, has played trumpet in Ricky Martin videos and many other high profile projects. 	Story Behind the Song Charlie Mingus is one of my favorite jazz composers. He had a kind of dark sound to his compositions, and that provided some inspiration for writing this tune.
