	Story Behind the Song Toward the end of our junior year we felt a sort of ending was coming, at least to the initial phase of our rock scene. Certainly that year had been a Golden Era for us and it was unlikely that the summer and then the next year would meet the standards we had set. So several of us gathered after school one day in Alex's basement. I carted my drums over, we set up every amp we could find and we rocked out all afternoon. Several songs came out of it, but only one was worth preserving. Of course, as it goes with rock, as soon as the tape went on we blew it...but that's rock for you...
