	Story Behind the Song This song was written about one of Darin's friends named Justin (oddly enough). Justin was dating a girl at the time who treated him very badly. Darin wrote this song as kind of a wake up call for him to move on with his life and forget about the girl who messed with his head. Lyrics I know you're hurt, but you've gotta get her out of your mind. You know she's no good, now it's time to have a good time. I heard the word, now she's got herself a new guy. You know she's no good, now just concentrate on your own life. You know she never did anything that's good for you. You know she never did anything but bring you down. Yeah, she'll bring you down. All you've got to concentrate on is what you're doing now. I'll come to you someday. Her run in life is to try to bring you down. Get on with your life, she's gone away.
