	Story Behind the Song Concept(short version): In the not too distant future, a few select individuals develop a plan to control overpopulation. All genetically inferior persons are sterilized and only genetically superior individuals(GSI'S)are allowed to sexually reproduce. To pacify the sterilized persons, the GSI's throw them a bone and let them be cloned (but only 9 times... they are inferior like housepets). This will help control overpopulation and also improve the genetic makeup of the human race as a whole.
