Story Behind the Song
I was learning to play Mandolin when i joined The Electrics,,and i played the wee riff. It was written very quickly afterwards. I recorded it,as ever, on my 8 track recorder.
I got to sing all the vocals on this, the album version. Thanks to Sammy for that! This song paints a picture of how it feels when you break up with someone after a LONG time. Its about wanting to remain friends, without having to keep in touch. And yes,,We did,,,,,,, Thanks !!
