Story Behind the Song
This was my first Trio Sonata, discovered in the Music Library at the University of California, Berkeley in 1959. It took years with teacher Owen Brady to master this piece, but I was determined to play them all. Once the coordination problems disappeared, the others flowed more smoothly. You can also enjoy this sonata played on a Pipe Organ, just link to "James Pressler, Virtual Organist" and look for it there.
