	Homeless folks used to camp on the river, directly across from an underused park with full amenities. (Of course camping in the park were there was water and electricity would not be tolerated by the state.) When the state decided the homeless could not camp anywhere anymore, and begain forcably clearing out the camp site. Folks begain to talk about occupation of the park across the river.
