	Story Behind the Song RFTS is a love song. It's about loving and losing, yes, but primarilly it is about realising the power of love to let go when it is time to do so. We love many times in our lives, and often it is the loving act of letting go that makes room for the one true love of our lives to come to us. We all run from the shadows cast by the light of love, at some point in our lives. Hopefully we gradually learn how to receive the love that's there for us, and also, how to let it go where it will.
