	Story Behind the Song "I began to notice that my life was getting terribly complicated. I felt strung out by all the responsibilities, by the demands I placed on my self through perfectionism, and the demands I let others place on me through being unable to say "no". I started doing a meditation four times a day to slow me down, which also helped me to realise ways of keeping things more simple and having time for myself, for my own passions --music, art, and writing.
