	Story Behind the Song For 5 years I had been trying to record thunder in different locations around Australia but never being quite in the right place at the right time. Eventually in February this year 2001 the ultimate storm came to me directly outside the recording studio door. The storm was very close in fact lightning strikes were as close as 100 yards to the studio.
