Story Behind the Song
This song is about how your perception of life changes so much when you get older. When you're a kid you just want to have fun, and you have no idea how good you have it. You want to grow up fast. Then when you are older, you look back and realize how good you had it as a kid. You realize how much different being an adult is than how you pictured it. And you realize how much of your life has passed by. But at the same time you also appreciate all the things you have much more.
