	Story Behind the Song This song's title originally came from the famous Saturday Night Live segment. It was a cerial that contained enough fiber for one to shit their pants within a few minutes. The lyrics of course are about an experiment in adding high fiber to the diet gone horribly wrong. The album it came from, "Human Jerky", took a total 8 hours to record. This song probably took 15-20 minutes in all... viva GRINDCORE.
