	The Satellite Charity Brigades are made up of a species called "Sputniks". They steal satellites across the universe and give them to less fortunate planetary systems. As a matter of fact, they gave one to Earth several years ago. They are great allies of XTRONS and sometimes provide travel for us as we hide from the Philadelphians. Interestingly, they lie constantly. They lie even when they know you know they are lying. They believe it is a sign of great strength to "get one over ". Yet, they expect others to be 100% honest with them. If not, they fall into a deep depression and question their own existance for days.
