	This is a cover of the Bruce Hornsby tune done in a smooth jazz style. Features San Diegos' own Vince Clementson on guitar and me (Al) on background vocals. This tune is a late addition to the CD "This Is Vehicle".

	Story Behind the Song Have always liked this Hornsby tune. But I always heard more jazz harmonies it. For a change of pace I decided to sing the backing vocals "ala Take 6" and give the lead line to Vince. Later in the tune we both get to stretch out and solo a bit. Drummer Gary Nieves gives this tune a nice smooth groove. Lyrics That's Just the Way it is... That's Just the Way It Is... Somethings will never change...But don't you believe it.
