	Story Behind the Song What started out as a funky tribute to the lead singer's obsession with women became Connection's most popular song. This Live version gives evidence of the song's impact on crowds. This audience had never heard Connection or Funky Juice before, but by the end of the song it became apparent that they weren't displeased. This version was Connection's first performance in front of a full audience, as evident by the lead singer's (Tim Cairns) shaky voice in the first few lines. Weeks of practice and perfection went into getting the song down pact, creating a sound that we wanted and knew our audience would groove to, and introducing Connection to the public.
